Puāwaitanga means to blossom, to flourish, to break through.
Our team are all NZ registered professionals and counselling sessions are confidential and free.
We offer phone and web-based to people over the age of 18 who:
- Receive benefit, pension or extra help payment through Work & Income 
- Hold a Community Service Card 
- Live in emergency or public housing 
- Are students at University of Auckland, AUT, Open Polytechnic or University of Otago 
- Are referred from Te Mahi Ako, Piki, Health Hawke's Bay, Waitaha Canterbury, South Canterbury or Think Hauora 
1. Focused Support - Our counsellor will help you get closer to the life you want.
2. Booster Session - Check in with a follow-up session to review where things are at.
3. Open Door- Come back for more sessions if needed. It’s like a safety net for tough times.
