Our team is a unique blend of digital health experts, individuals with lived experiences and mental health professionals. We've collaborated with those who've bravely navigated life's challenges, skilled health practitioners and community leaders to craft this website. We aim to be a beacon of support for those grappling with depression and anxiety.

Matua Tau Huirama, our Te Tangata Marama at Te Whatu Ora | Health Promotion, leads us with his profound knowledge in mātauranga Māori. On depression.org.nz, his voice resonates with the wisdom of a counsellor, healer and respected kaumātua.
